Steven Sunshines practice focuses on business transactions with an emphasis on real estate. He represents real estate developers/owners, mid-sized businesses and institutional lenders. During the early years of his practice, he was a trail lawyer specializing in real estate and commercial litigation and has served as lead trial counsel in numerous trials including trials in United States Federal Court and California Superior Court. Mr. Sunshine is a member of the Executive Committee of Bryan Cave as well as its Operating Group. He also is the Partner in charge of Marketing worldwide.
