Sharpe Fellows Program
The UCLA Department of Economics and its alumni Board of Visitors are proud to announce the sixth year of the UCLA Sharpe Fellows Internship Program. This program, named in honor of our Nobel Prize winning UCLA Economics alumnus, William Sharpe, is designed to bring together top employers with our brightest students.
The Sharpe Fellows program is made possible by a gift from the Welton Investment Corporation.
In October, the Board of Visitors selected forty-seven of our leading undergraduates as the 2013 Sharpe Fellows. Sharpe Fellows have a unique opportunity to gain individual mentorship from professionals along with specific workshops and events designed to prepare students for summer internship recruiting.
