Scholarships

The Department of Economics is pleased to announce its 2012-2013 scholarships. The Department appreciates the generous contributions from our donors. Most scholarships are in the amount of $5000 each. The donors have individual criteria for each award; however, the following information applies to all awards:

1. You must be officially in a Department of Economics major or pre-major.
2. You must be a full-time UCLA student for the full 2012-2013 academic year. Students will receive one-third of the award at the beginning of fall, winter and spring quarters as long as they maintain eligibility.
3. Recipients are required to write a thank you note to formally accept the award.
4. A page will be created on the Department of Economics Scholarship website to recognize the 2012-2013 recipients.
