Ticket Ordering and Pick-Up
You may order up to 30 tickets and can request to be put on a wait list for ten additional tickets between May 1 and May 14. The first four tickets are complimentary, with the remainder costing $8.00 per ticket. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, please visit the Department of Economics counseling office in 2263 Bunche Hall. Ticket pick-up will be at the Central Ticket Office (CTO) from May 19 through June 13.
If you will not be on campus during the pickup period, you may send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Include a note inside stating that you are out-of-town and that you wish to have your Commencement ticket(s) and/or parking permit(s) mailed to you. You MUST include your UID so that CTO can access your order.
Student Processional Line-Up
Pauley Pavilion Gate 15 (NE corner) at 5:15 PM Please bring your completed name card, which you must pick up from the Department of Economics counseling office in 2263 Bunche. This card will be used to recognize you individually on stage. You should be wearing your cap and gown, which may be purchased from Campus Photo Studio/Graduation Etc. in person on "A" level of Ackerman Union (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) or online at http://www.collegestore.org/ge2/.
Parking
You may pre-purchase parking for $8 via my.UCLA.edu. Parking may also be purchased on the day of Graduation. Parking Structure 7 is the most convenient location for access to Pauley Pavilion.
Special Inclusion Form
Only those students who have completed at least 148 units by the end of Winter Quarter 2008 and/or have declared a Degree Expected Term of Fall 2008 or later can file a Special Inclusion Petition. You can find this form after you log into my.ucla under "Commencement." The deadline for on-line submission for the Special Inclusion form is Friday, May 9th by 4:30 p.m.
UCLA Policy on Tickets
Section 102.06 of the UCLA Student Conduct Code makes it a student conduct violation to sell Commencement tickets; violations will be reported to the Office of the Dean of Students and could result in a student not receiving his or her diploma after graduation.
