William Sharpe Fellows Program for Undergraduate Internships

The UCLA Department of Economics and the leading alumni members of our Board of Visitors are excited to announce the new Sharpe Fellows undergraduate internships. This program is named in honor of our Nobel Prize winning UCLA Economics alumnus William Sharpe and will bring together top employers and our brightest students.

In this first year of the Sharpe Fellows Program, the Department of Economics and its Board of Visitors will name 10 of our leading undergraduates as the first group of Sharpe Fellows this fall, will match them with outstanding internships with top firms for the summer of 2008, and will mentor them on their road to becoming the next generation of leading UCLA alumni.
